About the Program
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is becoming a must requirement in today's world of Quality, Problem-solving, Data Analytics, and Structured problem-solving. This skill is high in demand and there are thousands of requirements across organizations including Big MNCs.
In our Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification, we cover a Good understanding of Six Sigma, Covers all the Phases of DMAIC in detail with required Six Sigma and Lean Tools, Graphical analysis (10 graphical analysis and application), Hypothesis testing, Statistical analysis (15 different statistical analysis and application), Learn Minitab software etc. In addition, we do 15+ cases during the entire program - to have a good practical understanding of the methodology and tools.
Prerequisites
Should have Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
OR
Should have a minimum of 2 years of Professional experience with a fair understanding of Quality, Customer, Variation, Standardization, VOC, What is Six Sigma and Lean and their application in problem-solving, understanding of the DMAIC approach with some knowledge of the main tools like Fish Bone, Project charter, SPC etc.
Key Differentiator
This program is designed and delivered using 30:70 for Theory and Practical. This means 30% of the time we will learn theory and 70% of the time, we will be learning through Practical examples, Case Studies, Exercises, Role Plays etc
