About the Program
A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is ideal for professionals who want to act in a supportive role in Six Sigma projects within an organization and/or those who want to acquire LSS Yellow Belt certification. Our Six Sigma Yellow Belt training program includes a fair understanding of Lean and Six Sigma. It also includes the complete DMAIC approach, how it is used in structured problem solving, the complete flow of the project and many of the tools and techniques which are used when we practically solve a problem using the DMAIC Approach.
Prerequisites
Should have Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification
OR
Should have an understanding of Quality, Customer, Variation, Standardization, VOC, What is Six Sigma and Lean and their application in problem-solving
Key Differentiator
This program is designed and delivered using 30:70 for Theory and Practical. This means 30% of the time we will learn theory and 70% of the time, we will be learning through Practical examples, Case Studies, Exercises, Role Plays etc
